Safety
Our attention to safety on the job is uncompromised, as we strictly follow our own personally written safety manual, which demands higher standards than OSHA minimum requirements. In addition, each staff member has completed a 10-hour, OSHA Safety Certification program and received CPR Certification.
Trust
We hold and maintain specialty licenses in 3 counties, all necessary occupational licenses, workers compensation on every employee, and a liability policy that exceeds $2,000,000. We are also bondable beyond $3,000,000.

Co-owner Tony Alchin has more than 22 years of experience in tile installations and 18 years in business ownership. He is a strong leader with a motivational management style and has an excellent track record for identifying opportunities for accelerated growth.
Tony's day-to-day duties include strategic planning,
business development, sales forecasting, marketing and pricing.

Co-owner Randy Walter has 15 years of experience in the tile industry. He has an extensive background in sales where he's won numerous awards throughout his career. He has a tenacious personality when helping clients locate specialty products and materials. The Stonecrafters team consists of four office personnel dedicated to coordinating every project, two project foremen, and over 30 highly skilled installers and apprentices selected and trained to fulfill the quality, standards, and expectations of the most discriminate clients.
We are commited to staying on the cutting edge of every trend in the industry by regularly attending continuing education classes and being active members in the National Tile Contractors Association (NTCA), as well as the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI).
